Anna Dimitrokalis is a Senior Change Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience with senior leadership and consulting roles in the financial industry. She currently runs her own consulting firm leading companies through organisational changes. She has a BSc and is Prosci Adkar certified.

Relationship to HCGM: 

Anna has been involved with HCGM having sat on the Central board leading the Human Resources and Social Services portfolios. Was also on South Shore regional board in various capacities, President of Parents Committee IV & Woman’s Auxiliary and currently on the internal Audit Committee

Where she wants to contribute: 

Anna’s is aligned with Team CommUNITY’s priorities, and her goal is to develop strong governance by creating new policies, training modules and initiatives supporting growth and stability for future generations.
