Name and Occupation: 

Aphrodite Stathopoulos is a dedicated community leader and volunteer with over 25 years of service to the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal, known for her administrative expertise and commitment to teamwork and engagement.

Relationship to HCGM: 

Aphrodite has been deeply involved with the HCGM since her youth, starting as a student in the Saturday Greek School. She later enrolled her children in the Socrates South Shore campus, joined the parents’ committee, and held key leadership roles including Regional Treasurer, South Shore Region President, and Ecclesiastical Secretary on the Central Council.

Where she wants to contribute: 

She aims to contribute by fostering volunteer engagement, strengthening teamwork, enhancing fundraising, and advancing governance and professional standards to keep the community active, connected, and inclusive, in line with HCGM’s mission and values.
